Do you Customse/ Personalise Orders?
We have a wide selection of gifts available in Neutral, Pink and Blue to go with the Baby's gender. If you request to add a personalised note along with your order we can add a handmade card with your personal note on it. If you wish to order a totally customised gift we can surely take your request on and create something according to your choice. Please contact us with the details and we will customise your order accordingly.


What size clothing/ Nappies do you use?
All the nappies used in our hampers and nappy cakes are Pampers Size 3 Baby Dry Nappies and the Clothing used is 0-3 months in size however if you wish to change the size feel free to contact us as we can do a stock check to see if we have your requested size available in stock.


Do you provide Gift wrapping service?
All the nappy cakes and hampers are beautifully wrapped in cellophane paper and a gift touch is added with a pull bow and a ribbon. Some gift items are wrapped in luxury tissue paper sheets and further packed in a gift box.


Do you have Hampers/ Nappy Cakes available for older Babies?
Yes all the items can be customised of older babies with appropriate nappy and clothing size. Please contact us for the revised quote for the your customised item.

 

Do you design Nappy Cakes/ Hampers for special occasions? 
We can customised all our nappy cakes and gift hampers for special occasions such as Christening, First Christmas, First Birthday and Baby Showers. They can be designed to match the theme of your occassion if you wish.


 

DELIVERY

What Delivery Services do you offer?
We offer both Domestic and International Delivery services. Please refer to our Delivery Page for more info on Delivery Services in your area.


Can my order be delivered to a different address?
Yes absolutely your order can be delivered to a different address during the checkout process you can choose a delivery address and the order will be shipped to the address your mention.

 

Do you deliver Internationally?
Yes we offer International deliveries. Please refer to our Delivery Page for more details on International Delivery Service.


What if my ordered is damaged when delivered?

If your items are delivered damaged you must inform us within 5 days of delivery and we will arrange collection and replacement at our expense. If you do not inform us within 5 days we shall have no liability for goods said to be damaged on delivery. This does not affect your statutory rights.


 

RETURNS & REFUNDS

How can I cancel my order?

Little Bundles offers a 24 hour cancellation policy. If you wish to cancel your order due to any reason please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order we will cancel it for you and issue you a refund.

What if i would like to return my item?
If you wish to return any item to us please get in touch with us and we can discuss this over with you. Please do not send back any items before getting in touch with us. We do have a few exclusions of products which cannot be returns however those that can be accepted back have to be returned within 14 days of receiving them Click here to refer to our Returns Policy to read more details.



 

OREDERING & PAYMENT

How can I place an order?
You can follow the simple registration process on the top right corder of the home page and once your are registered you can go ahead and select your item and place the order online through our website. A confirmation email will follow once the order has been received by us.


What if i would like to swap some of the contents of the gift?

No problem at all, as all of our gift sets are created in house, we are very flexible if you want to change anything for another product. We will work with you to create the perfect gift. The price can get affected depending on the amendments which you will be informed about before we process anything. 


Can I order in person?

If you are local, you are more than welcome to pop in and order in person, we will put through your order via our website for using the online payment process in the office whilst you are there.

We accept all major credit and debit cards e.g. MasterCard, Visa, Maestro, Amex and also PayPal Payment.
