Returns

Please note that we are unable to accept returns of nappy cakes as these contain sanitary items which cannot be resold. If there is a  problem with your order then please get in touch with us and we will try our best to resolve any issues with your order.
 

We want you to be very happy and completely satisfied with your purchase should there be any reason for dissapointment, please call/ email us/ fill in the contact form on the website as soon as possible, as we may be able to resolve your problem.  Please include your order number and a description of the problem in any correspondence, and photographic evidence if appropriate.  If you require to return a product to us for a refund, please let us know in writing about it along with a reason of return before sending the item back.

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, if you buy online or by phone, your consumer rights entitle you to a full refund if you request one in writing within 14 days of receipt of your order.  This includes any standard delivery charge paid at the time of ordering, but excludes any supplementary costs arising if you choose a type of delivery other than our standard and least expensive method of delivery.  Returns cannot be accepted nor refunds given after expiry of the 14 day period. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

Please note that the buyer is responsible for the return postage costs for any item returned for a refund, unless the product is faulty or not as described.  Please use a tracked and insured post/courier service for returning back any items as Little Bundles cannot be held responsible for returned items which are lost or damaged during transit. The items should be packaged appropriately using the original packaging supplied to minimise any risk of damage during the return transit.

Any unwanted item unless faulty, is returned back in its original packaging with all labels intact and is undamaged and unused. We reserve the right to deduct an appropriate amount from any refund or to reject a return if any of these criteria have not been met. All judgments will be in our sole discretion.


Products Exclusions for Refunds

We can't offer refunds on the following items, unless faulty or not as described:

  • Personalised Gifts that have been made for you.
  • Gift cards
  • Products which contain sanitary items such as nappies
  • Toiletry products after the seal has been broken, or those that done have a seal
 


Exchanges

We regret that we do not offer exchanges. 

We really hope that you dont have to go down the route of a Return/ Refund as we will put in all the efforts to make your purchase as smooth as possible and deliver it up to the standards that your expect.
